This company does not have a hierarchy. All employees get treated fairly equally. Most managers have an open door policy and always welcome feedback. Very flexible working hours and opportunity to work from home. Reasonable benefits.

Because of the flat structure, there isn't a lot of room for career growth unless you are very political. Roles and responsibilities are not clearly enforced which often has too many people doing the exact same thing at the same time. Salaries and benefits/options for employees fulfilling the same job function differ significantly.
