You may not realize that there are many stakeholders who contribute to critical and strategic decisions that impact the organization. Recently, those decisions included scaling back our teams and getting "Back to Basics" to achieve the right structure for our company's long-term viability and vision. As a current team member, we encourage you to enter the danger and live the Help First and Do the Right Thing core values by openly and honestly expressing your concerns to EOSW leadership rather than posting your misguided perceptions in an anonymous forum.
