It just made me sad - Recensione dipendente - Counselor presso EOSIS

They were very unprofessional and lacked knowledge of what they were doing. However when I was terminated they became knowledgeable really quick. I made a mistake and was immediately terminated I've been a counselor for a long time (10 years) and Meridian just threw me to the wind when I made a mistake. It is ALL on the job training!!! Orientation is a JOKE! Communication is horrendous. Human kindness has been lost at Meridian...clients are cash cows...trying to be human towards these people will result in punitive actions. If you just want to be a gear in the machine...this place is for you.
