No work ethics; Hire and fire policy. If you're offered a job here, pls dont join. I can promise that you'd be terminated in 3 months. For freshers, no pay. No benefits. They dont even treat you as employee. They dont pay ESI, PF on time. They collect all your original academic ceritificates, which is illegal. You have to pay hefty deposit. No salary on time. Female candidates are highly warned/advised not to join here.

Worst office I worked so far, please don’t believe the positive feedback given. They create lot of gmail ids and post positively.

1)Phones not allowed 2) No gmail and hangouts access. 3) Shoe lickers can survive max 3 months after that they search for new one. 4) no proper notice period will be given to employees to search for new job 4) you use the their transportation or not 3k will be detected from salary. For example if u stay behind the office also 3k will be cut from ur salary. 5) joining month itself u need to give closure or they will call u someday at 1-4pm afternoon time and tell u “Your services is hold” no need to come to office. 6) They won’t allow u to carry note pad or pen inside, “it’s a security reason” 6) They show as if they have big team with 40-50 employees, only untrained 5 US staffing guys working (0-1yr experienced). They hire new employee fire them next month. 7) they don’t know what is US Staffing. Sales guy cann’t mass mail u have to give ur complete vendor list and they will mass mail it. 8) Email, phones calls, and ur hangouts chat everything is watched. FAKE PROJECTIONS OVER THE ABOUT THE OFFICE TO NEW EMPLOYEE.

They hire new employee fire them next month. 4) lot of politics will happen but the managers are also influenced by the employees those people are not working. but some people are give buildup only
