      I joined EPAM through the campus program, and my onboarding was smooth and well-organized. HR, staffing, and my practice leads were really supportive and helped me get into projects quickly that matched my skills. I’ve worked on some exciting AI tools and a Code Migration project, which gave me the chance to collaborate with leaders and clients directly. What I like most is the open and supportive culture—it’s helped me learn, grow, and feel confident in my work. Overall, EPAM has been a great place to start my career.
