      El proceso de onboarding es decente y la gente es amable. Son formales y cumplen lo establecido en el contrato en cuanto a salario y prestaciones.

      Svantaggi

      La gestión del talento es puramente transaccional. No te contratan para hacer carrera, te contratan para tenerte en la estantería y, si no te venden pronto, te tiran. No lo recomiendo si buscas estabilidad real.

Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
