      Very nice people, very professional and talented engineers. Organized big company environment, fair promotion system.

      Mostly outsourcing projects, not sure what you get. Quarterly performance review is done by an engineer sitting next to you, not ideal for getting your work known by the management. Management is mainly consists of hiring managers, not really interested in the existing stuff.

People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
