Poor performers are given enough chances and time on projects to improve before they are asked to leave many opportunities for business travels, may get opportunity to relocate

- clients are given top priority, but that works negatively sometimes during deadlines. push backs are less, so customers are usually happy too - some technical DMs here have behaviour issues and have no people management skills, and some PMs lack technical skills - both are COMMON with any other company. It is a pity reading other Glassdoor reviewers' entries about EPAM that these managers are the root cause of their miseries and performance issues :-) - Car parking, last heard they are moving to a new facility
