Rotations of people between projects happen pretty much any time, on demand of an employee. The company offers international transfer opportunities for senior+ level specialists. There are lots of highly skilled professionals work in the company, the bar is hold very high. In regional offices culture is very friendly, in capitals it is more client-oriented and career-oriented.

      Compensation levels are average for people coming in the mid-career. For the ones who started as interns and stayed for a long time, compensation can be well below average.
