1. Employee's professional growth depends at the first place on relationships with resource managers. Expect them to be professional liars and inventors of not existing at Epam "rules". 2. Managers do everything they can to pay employees as little as possible. 3. Almost always Epam's projects are boring, and tend to use an old tech stack. 4. Epam offers relocation opportunities after 18 months of employment. However, even if you are eligible to relocate, that does not necessarily mean that this rule will be applied to your particular candidacy. 5. Epam's statement about equal opportunities is rather a joke. Discrimination by gender, nationality is a normal, day-to-day thing at Epam Krakow, as it starts from the managerial level. 6. Management is on an extremely low level in Krakow.
