      - Large flexibility in terms of projects and focus areas - Coworkers on projects are competent at what they do (maybe I'm just lucky) - Data science colleages are as well, usually open to sharing experiences, which makes it easy to learn new things - Benefits are fine, though especially geared towards families with kids

      Svantaggi

      - Salary is good for living in Minsk, but below data science average in the area, I think - Slower career growth than "company jumping" (probably standard) - Experience dependent heavily on resource manager; in DS for Minsk they all seem good to great, YMMV

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
