      1. They can provide all papers works with very short period of time 2. They will reallocate you with 2 weeks 3. Not very high level of interview 4.They provide green card in very short time 5. In spite that they selling emplyees to other companies they still provide team-buildings and other activities

      1. Low salary 2. Not very interesting projects 3. No promotion (only salary will increase once in a year) 4. You works as contractor for other companies

Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.

      You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

      Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
