      - Sometimes you will find a mismatch between sales process and delivery - Low awareness of management about role of designers on the project (you will need to educate them on new projects) - Someone may find open space working areas quite annoying in terms of noise - Direction of career development is towards management. Someone may find it as an advantage.

Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward.       You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

      Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
