Micromanagement , Retention Policy is very unprofessional saying there are lots of factor to consider that's it , HR is very rude and helpless ,Partiality in package with same Experience ,skills and position .

• We are disappointed to hear you had a negative experience with our compensation review process. We will review your feedback more critically to understand the issue, however, please note that EPAM considers both internal and external factors when creating a Total Rewards package - one component of which is salary. EPAM reviews salaries on an annual basis, and provides for raises based on internal factors, including individual performance and performance against business objectives. We strive to align our pay for performance philosophy with employee expectations.

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
