      One can work with newest technologies. Lots of training, if one needs it. Less corporatish, more like a startup (especially if not working with banks). Diversity of projects.

      Svantaggi

      Promoting is cumbersome. Think twice if you want to work for an outsourcing company, not everybody fits this. EPAM is an outsourcing company.
