      1. smooth onboarding process 2. plenty of available resources to self-study (languages, IT certifications) 3. flexible work schema (WFH, WFO, hybrid) 4) annual salary adjustment 5) several learning opportunities in each project

      1) salary and perks are not the best on the market 2) Working environment and work life balance highly depend on the assigned project. So, do some research on the customer before accepting to work in a specific project.

Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
