Work from home for most. Work culture is decent and good compared to other service based MNCs. Not overloading too much org activities, though I doubt it may change soon as the new Director will definitely seen those and would like to implement here

There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
