      Over all I love my job which is helping others in recovery. There is a challenge in meeting percent of goals but overall co-workers and management are great.

      Pay it could be more for amount of paperwork done, and up keeping of client files.

      Working within the community that is often underserved.

      The toxic work environment. They have more of a hood mentality where neighborhood ties outweighs qualification. The company is run by thugs who lie, steal and manipulate situations to their liking. They refuse to better their services to provide resources for their clients and treat their line staff like crap. They exploit those who cannot consent for themselves and don’t care about their clients at all.
