      Medical benefits are awesome. Most companies around here don't even offer medical. Pay is decent $19+ an hr to start. Plus they pay you an additional $1 an hr as a reimbursement for your cell phone, and Uniform Maintenance. Always opportunity to work OT. They give you all of your uniforms for free, and they don't make you pay for new ones if they get messed up. They just replace them. Management is pretty easy to get ahold of if you have questions. Getting paid weekly is nice, and always being paid on time.

      Sometimes you have to work multiple sites to get full time hours. Some of the sites are in not so great areas, but it's the reason they need security. Some of the posts are more complicated than they should be, because of the client. Wish there was more opportunity for advancement.

      The every week getting paid.

      Only like three women work there rest are males, the owner John is your typical rude wealthy guy.. The rest of the male staff are rude and aggressive... They want you to work in the worst areas for $18.50 like a slave, gets very upset when you want a day or time off.... Doesn't really care about the employees , that's why they are always losing contracts
