Additionally, in an effort to cut costs, the company has increasingly relied on cheap consultants from India, which has led to a noticeable decline in product quality. The focus seems to be more on reducing expenses than on delivering a high-quality product to customers. This cost-cutting strategy has not only affected the company's reputation but also placed an additional burden on remaining employees, who are left to manage the consequences of these decisions.
