There are a lot of factors but the bottom line is that the company will continue to die off slowly until there is a major change in leadership. The way the company operates is dysfunctional and unsustainable. Talented, passionate people get squeezed out like a sponge. Most projects end with client and/or contractor conflict, including lawsuits.
