      The rate of pay is slightly higher than most call centres.

      They treat their staff like absolute dirt. By far the worst company I have ever worked for, they scam elderly people stating they don’t have a call out fee and then charge them £150.00 for just the engineer having a look and saying they can’t do it. This company is an absolute JOKE.

      None really. Worst company ever worked for. Was on rogue traders for misleading and ripping off customers and not paying engineers. (Public information via gov website shows they currently owe about 700k to their engineers, they just recruit new ones so as not to pay the old ones) No consideration for their customers or staff, make up the rules as they go along. Took the job out of desperation and because it was local. Management is condescending and acts like you're an idiot who will believe any rubbish they come out with. Like a school playground they love drama and talking about people behind their backs. Leaving was the best thing i ever did, had enough of their lies. Left and with my 'potential' got a new job earning 10k more a year. If you're working there, find another job, you can do better.
