Once in a while you get to work for big clients on interesting projects. This depends on the ability of a partner to make it happen. If you work in an office with limited competent partners, then this may not happen and you are expected to go out and get work instead.

Svantaggi

No HR Department. What they have are just coordinators who don't really come up with anything to improve the Company's ratings and make people want to work for them. You can tell good companies on Glassdoors when they have HR personnel responding to some comments with thanks and information on how they have improved on those shortcomings. With this Company, despite the unusually high trending of Cons being "salary lower than average", the only comment I saw from a HR personnel is that the salary given is okay and people will always ask for more no matter what you give them. Wow.
