Management is completely incompetent and clueless, they hire former colleagues and bring horrible favouritism to the work. Their best work quality is shaming and blame shifting. Everyone in management is toxic Corporation keeps hiring Vice Presidents at exuberant salaries who do nothing useful Latest trend is micromanagent and yelling (literally yelling) at developers and threatening to fire them and use AI to write code No real career progression, HR (Sorry "People & Culture") are completely clueless about working. They espouse equality, and anti bullying but they practice bullying and threaten people who have integrity and point out future problems. Very toxic management, fake cultural qualities, and getting worse by the day Avoid this company
