I learned a lot from people here and they are very knowledgable

I don't see any cons with this org.

-Flexible schedule (I was a full-time graduate student while I worked at ESAC and they allowed me to work around my class schedule) -Work from home policy -Competitive salary -Great benefits and PTO -Work/Life balance is very important at ESAC -ESAC gives back to the community by volunteering time every year in addition to making monetary contributions to a charity that is voted on by employees -Opportunities to take on different roles, explore interests, learn new skills, and work with different people -Managers work with you to make sure you are doing what you'd like to be doing -Everyone is extremely experienced in Health IT, helpful (willing and eager to mentor interns or new employees to get them up to speed) intelligent, and incredibly friendly

Honestly, none unless you don't like having fun, you hate working with great people, or you're not open to learning new things and putting yourself in new roles.
