You need to be a self starter. The managers do not micromanage, but they’re still an expectation that you need to get your work done so if you are not as self-starter, this is not the place for you. You either have to come into the job knowing what you’re doing or be OK with pushing through the minimal training that you get and just guess along the way on how to do your job
