The business has a really good vision of its own identity and why/how we can be different than other business in a fairly competitive market. Leading the way with new ideas for the business to stand out from the crowd and deliver more value for our customers. Everything is focused on delivering great outcomes for all of our customers and candidates. Management ACTUALLY want there to be good opportunities for people working here with a lot of support and now a very clear progression framework. You will know exactly what you need to do to be promoted (in black and white); this is based on other people that have joined the business before and targets aren't unrealistic for people that really want to do well in their job! The company is very ambitious but also enables everyone to have an input of what and where they want the company to be in 3-5 years time. Recruitment is recruitment - the job is hard and you will be expected to put in maximum effort all of the time. Its often not a 8.30-5.30 job and it is frowned upon if you are not doing well and go home at 5,30 every day
