      Paid better than minimum wage, weekends off (USUALLY), potential for travel. The creative director when I was employed there was awesome.

      ALL management, most of the staff, location (Markham), policies, corporate climate, morale, insane workload, no training. EXTREMELY stressful. They expect you to stay late and come in on weekends despite never being compensated for extra hours. Garbage salary compared to workload and stress level, and employees take the brunt of mistakes of upper management (10-30% pay cuts, lay offs, constant reshuffling of employees). I was laid off after 9 months of employment through which I was overworked and expected to do everyone's job for them including my own ridiculous assignments, with zero training whatsoever. This job seriously made me suicidal and after being let go I went to therapy and started medication in order to become mentally healthy again.

      Although the work is fairly easy and even a Monkey could complete most of the tasks (with its eyes closed), the pay and the stress is not worth it. The work place is very segregated in terms of where workers are situated - In the front of the building are the customer service reps (all Caucasian women) and in the back of the building are the Chinese workers (who get paid close to minimum wage). This company basically does work related to pad printing, screen printing, and heat transfers for promotional items such as mugs, bottles, bags, and keychain items. Their process for creating these various items is very wasteful and harmful to the environment. This company produces enough paper waste each year to fill at least a third of the cabin space in a Boeing 747. Their computers and operating systems are relevant to year 2010. Nothing is efficient in this company. Do not work here. Do not buy stuff from here
