      There are no pros to working here.

      It’s a very small business. The owner of the company is extremely rude, on purpose. Language barrier. Very old test equipment, some of it partially working. Poor Benefits. Poor communication. Extremely unorganized. Safety hazards all over the first floor. Technicians are allowed to wear sandals in the production area. Technicians are allowed to eat in the production and test areas right next to harmful substances if accidentally ingested. Pretty much everything negative that you can imagine about a work environment, that is what this place is.
