      Based out in Surrey and has car parking if you drive in Some great minds who are technically brilliant in their fields A good stepping stone if you want utilities experience / knowledge

      A toxic / politically charged environment based on who knows who 98% white and they proudly state that they are over and above the diversity levels for that particular locality (Leatherhead) A culture that disrespects the truth and disrespects employees who speak up.

      Lots of communication about the business and where they are working towards; Nice facilities; Good salary; Nice management events all inclusive; Good benefits and on the spot rewards.

      This is about operations specifically - very toxic management; Lots of micro management; No trust in employees; Resentment towards a hybrid role Poor communication amongst team managers, Bad behaviours not discouraged from managers and team treated poorly and without respect or care, Lack of respect for team members and their personal circumstances / life styles.

      Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry that your experience has fallen short of what we would hope for. Specifically in our Operations department we have a strong management team who is leading with care and understanding of their team needs and challenges. Recently we have introduced targeted Coaching which is supporting managers with their leadership style and we have seen great improvements since then.
