      The pros were that you got to go home at the end of the day

      Too many to list, but environment was toxic, rife with sexism and racism, would suggest running a mile, they expect you to work past your contracted hours for extremely subpar pay, they treat you like trash, think the worst thing they did was when i took off time for a family bereavement and they docked my pay

      Lots of communication about the business and where they are working towards; Nice facilities; Good salary; Nice management events all inclusive; Good benefits and on the spot rewards.

      This is about operations specifically - very toxic management; Lots of micro management; No trust in employees; Resentment towards a hybrid role Poor communication amongst team managers, Bad behaviours not discouraged from managers and team treated poorly and without respect or care, Lack of respect for team members and their personal circumstances / life styles.

      Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry that your experience has fallen short of what we would hope for. Specifically in our Operations department we have a strong management team who is leading with care and understanding of their team needs and challenges. Recently we have introduced targeted Coaching which is supporting managers with their leadership style and we have seen great improvements since then. We recognise that creating a positive and supportive working environment is essential for both employee wellbeing and organisational success. As such, we deliver regular training and coaching for managers and leaders to strengthen their management style. Additionally, we implemented wellbeing initiatives such as stress management sessions, employee assistance programmes, and quiet spaces for reflection to support employees psychological safety.
