Not organized at all, I was forced to take vacation several times (reason is no work) which is not my problem. Salary is below average. If you don't do what they say, they start micromanaging you, and they become really evil. I worked for almost 2 years, was forced to change the project 3 times. Couldn't gain enough exp. In any field because of constant project changing. I truly regret coming to this company ...
