Our salaries are rigorously benchmarked externally and when taken in conjunction with our extremely generous bonus they compare very favourably in general. Esri UK has grown significantly in the past few years, with over 50% of our staff having joined us in the last 5 years. This has led to a lot of new faces but we do strive to retain the caring , supportive culture we have always had within our business.
