I think the biggest con is pay. Basically, with a bachelors degree I was making $10.00 an hour. That's before taxes and anything else is taken out of it. But, they made a big deal that this year they offer insurance! Well who can pay for insurance when your employees make so little? There is literally no incentive for anyone to work here. And they wonder why there is a sub shortage... but if you take a long term job (which are rare) you can make $12.00 an hour.
They don't even offer basic things like bereavement. I had a family member pass, and upon asking about bereavement they said they don't offer that. What company doesn't offer the basic right to grieve for a loved one?
