They offer remote work 1-2 times a week depending on the team and the starting time is relatively flexible. There's also a nice, low-cost cafe within the company building.

This could be a pro for some and con for others: there's a lot of meetings, but that often comes with the nature of work at software companies. The location isn't ideal for those who prefer to commute by subway.
