Poor management High staff turnover in leadership Sales people always made to feel like they’re getting fired any day Commission payments can take over 2 years. The sales cycle is long (1year typically) and then 6 or more months of onboarding and 3-6 months after go-live you’ll get a payment. During which time the commission plan will be updated and reduced. This happens every year. Few sales people last long enough to earn commission and the entire US sales team cycles out every 2 years.
