Just few things among many others: 1- worst HR system ever made, managed by unprofessional staff who never respond to your emails or speak English properly. Anytime you need a typical HR service (get an exit visa, claim unpaid days cut from your salary for NO logic reason, etc), you shall visit several times the head office and keep chasing the same people over there. 3- Working extra hours or Fridays without overtime pay is very common at ETA. You should not expect any social/family life while working for such a company. 4- are you expecting yearly bonus/salary increase? you're absolutely dreaming; you would probably spend many years at ETA aiming for a salary increase and if it never happen it wouldn't be more than 5% of your cheap basic salary. 5- Again basic salary: the company tends to increase your housing/transport allowances vs your basic salary in order to reduce your end of service gratuity and other benefits that calculated based on your basic salary 6- their medical insurance is the worst ever; ..... if you have to choose between working for ETA star or to stay jobless for the rest of your life, just go for the second option at least you will be saving your health !
