      Get to work along side some really excellent people that know what they are doing Learn new skills while building projects Management is easy to talk to for my department.

      Not paid what you should be paid; have to train people when you are not paid to do that job. Have to constantly chase down equipment to finish a job.

      The only thing that I would consider a positive for ETI is that the payroll checks early were returned as insufficient funds

      Dangerous work environment, employees do not understand English, no Spanish courses available, work instructions misunderstood often making shop very unsafe
