This job is really simple because all it requires from you is to collect contact information and fill out surveys. You really don't have to know anything or have any special skill because the odds are the more calls you make the more likely you are to speak to someone who will agree to whatever you have to say.

Svantaggi

There are two things that make this job unpleasant. The almost constant talking down to employees by supervisors and even the owners of the company. It creates a really negative environment that often leads many people to quit. The salary is extremely low and bonuses are often cryptic and constantly changing. The benefits are not that great and they don't cover much in terms of health insurance..I was once given expired movie tickets as a prize and salad tongs as a xmas gift.
