- A company that lets employees go, and then asks them to sign a non-compete that includes both competitors and customers as condition to give them their severance (according to the country laws), is a company that does not deserve to be on this planet. - A company that promises all engineers in a specific country with an exit bonus program just to get around a difficult situation, and then avoid execution when the situation gets better, is a company that should not exist.
