5yThank you for giving feedback, although we’d have preferred to get it through our process of self improvement based on mutual feedback.
There may be a bit of confusion in your message, as EURA NOVA presents its activity as based on three pillars : scientific research (more than 45 scientific papers published to date), solutions development (digazu is a good example), and consulting. Indeed, consulting consists in helping companies address their technical challenge through the intervention of people, sometimes in a time and means contractual relationship.
We regret you didn’t feel listened to, and this is a track we constantly improve, especially in career development and thanks to employees’ initiatives, taking ownership of improvement processes for the whole company.
We can reassure you that nobody is seen as devil or fool, and we regret that you might feel like it.
Your piece of advice is a good one, ask different company alumnis about their experience at EURA NOVA, but also current employees, the perception can vary strongly from one person to another. The strong culture of EURA NOVA can be a source of this kind of span in terms of perception.
At the center of it, we put our people as the main vector of value creation.
