working environment: - congested - messy - noisy - wet - filled with inconsiderate coworkers Picking task: - equipment doesn’t work properly - highest case per hour standard in the industry - heavily timed , down to 0.001 of a minute - repetitive and heavy / awkward cases - task filled with delays but supervisors will not enter your delays so you lose time. Management: - big ego - safety committee unavailable to workers - unreasonable - plays favorites, bullies and harasses at will - Terrible HR, zero ethics and best chance is to a avoid any contact with them
