Next to zero upport from HQ, limited product line, constant product issues and delays, poor relations and support for some partners. Sales reps are basically placed in a sink or swim scenario, despite a total lack of support from operations and sales management. Operations team is severely overmatched and unqualified. Management team has no idea how to scale the business, yet committed team to insanely unrealistic goals in 2018. No opportunity to make commissions that I saw. Sales don’t just fall out of the sky, especially in a competitive market and when marketing and inside sales are barely generating any qualified leads. Overall, just a disastrous and poorly managed operation all around.
