I worked at Ex Squared Solutions for a little over four years, and I can confidently say this company played a defining role in shaping my career. I joined as a Data Annotator in the Data Science team with no coding background. Being new to the industry, I wasn’t sure which direction to take, but from day one I received tremendous support and guidance from my team and leadership. One moment I remember clearly is when a senior colleague encouraged me to start learning Python, which became the turning point in my career development. Under the guidance of more experienced data scientists, I began learning Python. They supported me every time I had doubts and pushed me to grow. Soon, I was entrusted with small Python tasks, marking the beginning of my journey as a Data Analyst. Real project exposure helped build my confidence and skills. Next, I learned Selenium, worked on data scraping, and eventually moved into Python development tasks. But the growth didn’t stop there. The team motivated me to aim higher and explore Machine Learning. With continuous encouragement and opportunities to work on ML-focused tasks such as NLP, convolutional neural networks, and generative AI projects, I progressed significantly in my skillset. I joined this company as someone with no coding experience — and I left with confidence in my abilities as a Machine Learning Engineer.
