Atmosphere has become very corrupt with Vps and senior managers hiring their relatives and friends in the team even if they are not eligible for a project(technically).They are in turn hiring their own relatives and friends and is leading to a vicious cycle.These people are not only hired but are also given preference in promotions and rewards by snatching away the rights of deserving employees leading to lots of frustration and attrition by the deserving employees in the company.HR managers are not addressing Employee grievances properly and they are turning a deaf ear to employee's concerns and threatening them to abide by the rules set by Senior managers or else leave the company.
