      sometimes the work life balance can be a bit much. also trying to get clients to book with one trainer continuously is a challenge

      Love the company culture and values. It’s fun to be apart of an innovative company in the health and fitness industry. 90% of the people I have worked with over the years are great people that really know their stuff.

      For the health and fitness industry the benefits and schedules are great for full-time employees but the pay is sometimes a little low. Pay is sometimes based on the account contract and yearly raises are rare, but small increases do occur to help with the increased cost of living.
