The varied hours offers for a better work/life balance you do not have to take off of work to go to the doctors during the week just wait until your early or late shift day. MediFit has recently partnered with EXOS and therefore new resources are available to us. In some states/ cities there are several MediFit sites so you can work between more than one site as a part-timer and get more hours and experiences. Each individual site is different so it is based on your contract-which could be a good or bad thing (hopefully good)

The bottom-up processing of communication is slow or non-existent when it comes to telling upper level executives issues that are harmful to the employees causing turnover or the organization and sometimes the clients. You can end up feeling like a pawn when large scale changes occur because they are not always announced before they occur in ample enough time or with our input as to if we even would like such a change-too many changes make one resistant to change.
