If you have a difficult or a non-common problem, good luck finding a reliable person to help. Hard working people are not appreciated. On the contrary, they are being dumped on. The company’s culture is to make money on the expense of its employees. To maintain budget, employees are expected to work long hours and for free. For an engineer, expect to give away about 10k/yr worth of "free work" Employee retention is very low. People quit basically on monthly basis. Employees with more than 3yrs in the company is uncommon. Their bonus is a joke. If you are not upper management, then do not expect to break even considering the free work you put.
