The position offered a hybrid work model. I was able to comfortably approach any colleague with inquiries. The workload was appropriately managed.

I was frequently transitioning between various projects, which occasionally led to a loss of clarity regarding my progress on each individual initiative.

Direct managers within the office are nice people. Colleagues are also nice. Opportunity for career growth if you stick around long enough. Some interesting projects.

Despite having proven through the COVID-era that employees can successfully work remotely senior leadership is planning a full return to office 5 days/wk.
