Svantaggi
I have never experienced a company with such a disregard for work-life balance, empathy towards colleagues, and basic human decency. The environment is permeated by an air of arrogance, yet it’s clear that while names like McKinsey, Bain, and BCG are well-known and respected, Parthenon struggles to gain recognition. The result is a culture where employees are expected to deliver the same level of effort and sacrifice, but without any of the prestige or recognition. The toxicity in this company is palpable, with senior management abruptly altering the work culture and imposing unrealistic expectations in what seems like a calculated effort to drive people out. There’s a disturbing sense of nepotism and favoritism, where individuals from elite backgrounds—particularly Oxbridge and Eton—are disproportionately favored for promotions and the most desirable projects. On top of that, there is a clear bias against coloured employees, who are more frequently placed on performance reviews, with their contributions often overlooked and underappreciated.
